When you request a quote: the name, email, phone number, project address, and message you submit through our contact form.

If you use "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Facebook" to fill in the quote form: we receive your name and email address from that provider, exactly as if you had typed them in yourself. We do not receive your password, and we do not create an account for you or store any other profile data from these services.

If you use the address lookup field: the text you type is sent to Google's Places service to suggest matching addresses. That exchange is governed by Google's Privacy Policy; we only receive and store the address you ultimately select or type.

How we use it

We use quote request information to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and, if we do business together, to open a customer record in our accounting system (QuickBooks Online). We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that make this website work:

• Amazon Web Services, which hosts this site and stores submitted quote requests
• Google, for the optional sign-in and address lookup features described above
• Meta/Facebook, for the optional sign-in feature described above
• Intuit QuickBooks Online, if your quote request becomes a customer record

We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are retained as part of our normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us at the email above.

Cookies and local storage

Our public site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our staff tools use your browser's temporary session storage to keep you signed in - this data is cleared automatically when the browser tab or window closes and is not accessible to us beyond your own device.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults seeking home improvement services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Your Google Account information

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
